All prices are in USD. Learn is hourly consulting. Grow includes one managed Worker; Scale includes five. Yearly rates are displayed per Worker per month, with annual billing. The displayed Grow yearly monthly rate is rounded; use the stated annual total for calculations. Monthly-plan totals over 12 months describe twelve monthly payments, not annual upfront billing.

## Managed service

We map the job with your team, set its boundaries and test the work before launch. Then Taurist monitors your Worker 24/7, manages the agreed setup and meets with you monthly to review what needs improving.

You have a direct access to us. For major escalations, we usually patch it up in less than 24 hours. Taurist monitors your Worker 24/7/365.

As your business evolves, our team helps refine your Worker’s instructions, workflows and training, with support from people who know your setup.

## Billing, pilot, guarantee and cancellation

### Is Learn the same as the free consultation?

No. The free consultation helps you understand your options. Learn is paid advice and implementation guidance at $250/hour. We review the information you share, shape a practical AI program and help your team put it into practice.

### What counts as one Worker’s job?

A job is a defined responsibility, which can span several related workflows and tools. We agree the outcome, workload and limits with you. A different responsibility may need another Worker.

### Does Scale include different capabilities from Grow?

Scale gives you five Workers with the same capabilities, safeguards and managed service as Grow, at a lower rate per Worker. We agree each Worker’s job, workload and responsibilities with you.

### Do we need to buy AI tokens or other software?

AI/model usage for the agreed Worker scope is included. You do not need to buy or manage tokens for that work. We confirm any separate software needs when scoping the job.

### Is there a setup fee?

A setup fee may apply and will be quoted before you commit. More complex setups are scoped separately, including the upfront payment arrangement.

### Is a deposit required?

For Worker engagements without a separate setup fee, the deposit is $2,500 for Grow or $8,750 for Scale. It counts toward your service price. On monthly billing, it covers the first month after you approve the pilot. On yearly billing, it is credited against the annual total.

### When do monthly payments start?

Grow is $2,500 per month. Scale is $8,750 per month for five Workers. Your deposit covers the first month after you approve the pilot, and recurring monthly payments begin 30 days after approval.

### What do I pay when I choose yearly billing?

Annual billing starts when you approve the pilot. The annual total is $20,000 for Grow or $75,000 for five Scale Workers. After crediting your deposit, the remaining balance is $17,500 for Grow or $66,250 for Scale.

### What happens to the deposit if the pilot doesn’t proceed?

Before pilot approval, annual-plan deposits are refunded in full if the pilot doesn’t proceed. Monthly-plan deposits are non-refundable.

### Do yearly plans include a money-back guarantee?

Yes. Grow and Scale yearly plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee after pilot approval.

### Can I cancel after the pilot?

For yearly plans, the standard cancellation terms below apply after the 30-day money-back guarantee period. Standard cancellation requires 60 days’ notice. Monthly service payments are non-refundable. Yearly refunds depend on when service ends after that notice period.

Refunds use the annual plan’s monthly equivalent. Existing clients keep the terms of their agreement.

### What if our workload grows?

We review the volume, complexity and capacity with you. Any change to scope or price is discussed before you commit to it.

## Ownership and handover

- **Your business knowledge:** The information that teaches your Worker how your business works stays yours. Keep your documents, business rules and the knowledge built around the job.

- **Your way of working:** Keep the instructions and processes shaped for your business. Your team or another provider can use your workflows, settings and approval rules.

- **Your completed work:** The work your Worker produces belongs to your business. Keep using your reports, drafts, updated records and other outputs after the service ends.

- **Your activity records:** Keep a record of the work carried out. Your operational data and activity logs held in the Worker environment are included in your handover.

### Does owning my setup mean I own Taurist’s software?

Your business knowledge, instructions, workflows and configuration stay yours. Taurist retains its proprietary execution software, reusable components and hosting platform. Those power your Worker as part of the managed service.

### What happens to code written for my Worker?

The distinction is what the code contains. Your business rules must remain available in an understandable, usable form. Taurist’s reusable execution software remains proprietary. The engagement defines any separately commissioned software deliverables and their rights.

### What happens to accounts and the dedicated environment?

Your existing business accounts remain yours. Taurist administers the service infrastructure it provides. The handover plan sets out account transfers or reconnections, third-party restrictions and any agreed transfer of the dedicated environment. Taurist’s shared hosting services and proprietary execution software do not transfer with it.

### Could another provider run the work?

They can use your information and setup to build a replacement. They will need their own execution technology and must reconnect and test the work. Receiving your materials does not include a standalone Taurist Worker or a continuing license to our managed platform.

### What happens to remaining data after handover?

Return, retention and deletion arrangements are agreed for the deployment, including relevant logs, backups and connected providers.

Your Worker’s access, data handling and human approval points are shaped around the job. We work with your team to review the services, agreements and controls your business needs.
