1. Questions & Brief

In order for us to understand your business, your goals, and your vision we have to ask the right questions. We need to know you, your industry, and if you put pineapple on pizza. That way we can evaluate your needs and decide on the best course of action.

We value questions more than answers. At the root of all innovation is a great question, which is why we encourage our team to ask questions with a childlike curiosity. With the vast amount of information available out there it’s important to ask the right questions. We don't care if we look stupid or ask some really dumb questions, since we know that it will bring us a step closer to understanding. 

2. Competitor analysis

In order to compete you need stand to out from the competition. That's why one of the first things we do is a competitor analysis. This is where we analyze what some of your indirect and direct competitors are doing, where they have found success, and what has failed for them (probably having you as a competitor).

The term user is an umbrella term that we have brought from our experience in UX Design. The user is who is going to be using your product or service, or benefiting from what you have to offer. It's important to get in the mind of your "user" and understand them in order to be able to speak to them directly and having a bigger impact. They're the reason why you do what you do, might as well do what they do to do what you do. What it do?

Your brand is your business, it is the main way you will communicate with your audience. That's why we firmly believe that our design should kick ass. Our feet end up hurting a lot, but it's a price we're willing to pay for quality.

3. The Pretty Things

‍If your brand was a sandwich this would be the gabagool. Here we give your brand the soul it needs with things like the brand guidelines, typography, creative direction, marketing materials, use cases, and logos. Every design tool is used to communicate as clear and concise as possible.

4. The Feedback

Being that your brand is the soul of your company, we start involving you a lot more during this step. We'll send you the first version, you send us some corrections. And we repeat this process until you approve it. Don't worry, be honest, you can tell us anything. We promise not to cry... At least not in front of you.
