SMS Terms
These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by Taurist Technologies Inc. ("Taurist," "we," "us") and by the AI workers we operate on behalf of our clients under the Workers brand. Our website terms and Privacy Policy also apply.
01The program
Taurist sends operational text messages on behalf of AI workers we run for our clients. A message tells a client's designated contact when a conversation needs their decision, confirms an action the worker took, or relays that contact's reply back to the worker.
These are operational alerts tied to a service you have contracted for. They are not marketing or promotional messages, and we do not send them to prospects or to the public.
02Consent and opt-in
You receive these messages only if you are a Taurist client, or a contact a client designates, and you have opted in. Opt-in happens during service onboarding: you provide your mobile number, agree in writing to receive operational alerts from your worker, and confirm by replying YES to a one-time consent text.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any Taurist service. Your consent applies to this program only; we will not use it for any other messaging.
03Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your worker's activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per day. Most days it is far fewer.
04Cost
Taurist does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Check your plan for details.
05Opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. Opting out of texts does not cancel your service; your worker will route the same alerts to you by email instead.

06Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email hello@taurist.com.
07Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
08Privacy
Your mobile number is used only to deliver the messages described here. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
09Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued participation in the program after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
