The opportunity

Make one of Taurist’s most important ideas clear.

This role begins with Workers, one of Taurist’s focused brands. Businesses can already open ChatGPT, Claude, or Codex. That is not what Taurist is selling. A Worker is a dedicated capability designed around one business: it has its own computer, approved tools, operating instructions, business context, and clear boundaries.

Taurist sets that Worker up for the client. We do not sit behind it and operate it every day. Your job is to find businesses where that distinction matters and lead the commercial conversation from the first credible outreach through a signed and paid engagement.

What you will own

Source through close.

  • Build and work your own pipeline of businesses that are a credible fit for a Worker.
  • Run clear discovery conversations about the work that keeps falling behind and what it costs the business.
  • Explain why a dedicated Worker is different from a chat window, a generic automation, or a collection of disconnected AI tools.
  • Own follow-up and the commercial conversation through a signed and paid engagement.
  • Bring Taurist's founders into technical scoping when the workflow, systems, or approval boundaries need deeper definition.
  • Share what you are hearing so the offer, proof, and sales materials improve over time.

You are likely a strong fit if

  • You have sold B2B technology, services, consulting, automation, or another offer that requires diagnosis before a buyer can see the value.
  • You can prospect without waiting for a supplied lead list and can explain how you would find your first 20 credible conversations.
  • You speak fluent, natural English suitable for calls with U.S. business owners and decision-makers.
  • You communicate complex technology in plain language without hiding behind AI jargon.
  • You are comfortable working independently, choosing your own methods, and being paid for completed sales rather than hours.

This is probably not for you if

  • You need a salary, benefits, guaranteed hours, guaranteed leads, or guaranteed earnings.
  • You are looking for a scripted high-volume pitch that can be used with every business.
  • You are not comfortable sourcing prospects and owning follow-up through the close.
  • You want Taurist to manage your day, schedule, or selling method like an employer.

The relationship

Independent by design.

This is a non-employee, commission-only independent contractor opportunity. You choose how, when, and where you prospect and sell, subject to the standards in the independent sales agreement. You may work with other companies. Taurist provides product context, approved claims, sales materials, and founder support for deeper technical scoping—not day-to-day management of your schedule or methods.

“Partner” is the role title. It does not include equity, ownership, or a legal partnership. Exact commission eligibility, payment timing, and engagement terms are defined in the written agreement.
