01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using our websites, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the websites.

02Covered sites and brands

These terms apply to the public websites, landing pages, notes, forms, demos, chat experiences, and inquiry flows operated by Taurist Technologies, Conversion Works, Siteworks, and Workers.

These terms do not create a client relationship, service commitment, subscription, support obligation, or professional engagement by themselves.

03Website content and acceptable use

You may use our websites for lawful business and informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the websites or interfere with their operation.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, code, or non-public areas.
• Do not scrape, copy, crawl, or harvest content at scale without our written permission.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not use the websites to send spam, probes, malware, or abusive requests.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a company.

04Client agreements control

These terms govern website use only. Paid services, pilots, subscriptions, consulting work, website projects, audits, retainers, deliverables, refunds, timelines, support, and service levels are governed by the signed proposal, statement of work, order form, subscription terms, invoice terms, or other written agreement that applies to that engagement.

If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed agreement with Taurist, the signed agreement controls for the covered engagement.

05No professional advice

Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, security, or other regulated professional advice.

You should use your own judgment and consult appropriate professionals before relying on website content for business, legal, financial, or technical decisions.

06No guarantees

We may describe examples, case studies, workflows, product concepts, AI outputs, performance improvements, revenue opportunities, ranking improvements, conversion lifts, or operational outcomes. These examples are not guarantees.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including traffic quality, offer strength, site implementation, data quality, market conditions, team adoption, third-party platforms, and customer behavior.

07Third-party tools

Our websites may link to or embed third-party tools and services, including scheduling tools, analytics providers, hosting providers, email tools, AI tools, payment tools, maps, videos, and external websites.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

08Intellectual property

The websites and their content, including copy, design, graphics, code, logos, product names, brand names, page layouts, and other materials, are owned by Taurist or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and share links to our public pages for normal business and informational purposes. You may not copy, modify, resell, publish, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

09User-submitted inquiries or messages

If you submit information through a form, chat, booking flow, email, or other website feature, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit it. Do not submit confidential, regulated, sensitive, or third-party information unless it is necessary and you are authorized to share it.

You grant Taurist permission to use submitted information to respond to you, evaluate your request, route the inquiry internally, prepare recommendations, and operate our business, subject to our Privacy Policy and any later signed agreement.

The websites are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the websites will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taurist disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taurist Technologies Inc., its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from website use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taurist's total liability for claims relating to website use will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100).

12Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Taurist Technologies Inc., its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the websites, violation of these terms, or violation of another person's rights.

13Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to any written agreement that says otherwise, the state and federal courts located in New Jersey will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these terms or website use, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

14Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we update them, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the websites after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
