- Will I have to approve every step?
- No. We start with more human approval while you see how the Worker handles the job. As you review the results and build confidence, you can choose which routine actions to delegate. It never grants itself more authority. Major decisions still need human approval unless you explicitly delegate those specific actions under clear rules.
- Where will I approve the Worker’s actions?
- We choose the channel and process with you before launch. You receive a detailed document mapping the Worker’s steps, human approval points and the people involved, and we walk through it together for your approval.
- What will I see when the Worker needs my approval?
- We agree the proposed action, supporting information and checks your team needs to make the decision. Missing or conflicting information goes to the right person, who can approve, change, reject or take over. The affected work waits for the required direction, and the decision and the actions that follow are logged.
- What happens if the person needed for a decision is unavailable?
- We set up backup people and a direct line to Taurist, with arrangements that fit the job. Work waiting for required information or human approval stays paused. We agree what other work, if any, may continue.
- Can I ask for the Worker to stop?
- Yes. You can ask Taurist to pause the Worker. A dashboard can include a direct pause control if it is built for your setup. We agree the stopping and recovery arrangements for the job, including who is responsible.
- Can our IT or security team review the setup before the pilot?
- Yes. We map the job’s systems, access, data path and human approval points with you. Our technical team shares test results and works through the requirements, agreements and any gaps with your team. We hold off on real-data access if permissions are too broad, required agreements are missing or important tests have failed.
- Do I need my own IT or security team?
- No. Start with the job, the tools you use and the decisions you want to keep. We’ll help define access, human approval and practical safeguards, bringing in specialist input where needed. If you have an IT, security or privacy team, involve them early.
