In collaboration with CRO Pros, Taurist rebuilt PowerChord’s website around how visitors explore its offering and take the next step. The project connected navigation, page structure, visual design and development, giving the expanding software business a website with a consistent way to present its solutions. PowerChord publicly announced the redesigned site on September 18, 2025. This project story looks back at the work behind that announcement.

A growing offering needed a clearer structure

PowerChord’s previous website had accumulated competing messages and scattered content. Navigation labels did not always explain what visitors would find, the homepage tried to cover too much, and internal pages needed more context and direction. Those issues became more pressing as the company expanded its product offering.

The project began with a review of key pages, navigation and messaging. The priorities were concrete: organize the offering, give important pages a clear place in the site, and make the route from an initial visit to Solutions, Industries or Contact explicit. Mobile navigation and legibility were part of that work from the start.

Navigation shaped around visitor intent

The information architecture was reorganized around the main areas visitors needed to explore. Industry routes were grouped under Who We Serve, alongside Solutions, Case Studies, About and Blog. Related links were grouped together, with context and action-oriented labels to explain where each route led.

The navigation also kept a primary call to action available. On mobile, grouped links and section headings gave the menu a deliberate structure. These decisions established the paths the page designs would support, connecting the site’s content hierarchy with the actions available to visitors.

A consistent system for the key pages

Wireframes covered the homepage, Solutions, Industries, case studies, blog, Careers, About and Contact. They established what each page needed to explain and the order in which visitors would encounter that information before the visual design was developed.

The redesigned templates used a consistent sequence: introduce the offering, describe the problem, explain the solution and features, present supporting proof, and provide a next step. The homepage paired a focused opening with tighter copy and simplified sections. A stronger type scale, contrast and white space carried that hierarchy through the design, supported by a library of icons, device mockups and charts.

From design to a reusable website

Development moved through a sandbox before the site was released to production. Reusable modules and shared page elements translated the design system into components the content team could use across the website.

The build also included an accessibility and performance pass covering heading structure, keyboard focus and image sizes. These were part of the delivered implementation, alongside the navigation and templates, bringing the work from page planning through to a functioning website.

The PowerChord redesign was a collaboration between Taurist and CRO Pros. Together, the project brought website strategy, design and development into one connected body of work, from the site’s overall structure to the reusable elements within its pages.

What the project delivered

The completed website gave PowerChord an organized navigation system, a coordinated set of page templates and reusable modules for ongoing content work. Visitors could explore the offering through Solutions and Industries, review supporting content and find a route to contact the team. The September 2025 announcement marked the public introduction of that redesigned experience.
